Classes

Class is an identifier used to give players an idea of how units generally function. Currently, there exist 8 classes in the game.

Classes are also tied to the mastery system that allows players to increase base stats of each unit in a specific group at once.

Fighter

Fighters are melee units who usually have low courage cost, high movement speed, and fast preparation time. This is counter-balanced by their low-to-mid damage and health, and lack of resistances. Fighters are often treated as cannon fodder, but some of them are capable of providing burst damage too.

Damager

Damagers are dominantly melee units who usually have mid-to-high damage and health, and usually possess at least one form of resistance. This is counter-balanced by their slow attack speed, and moderately high courage cost and preparation time.

Heavyweight

Heavyweights are bulky units who usually have extreme health, high damage, and strong resistance/immunity to knockback while being capable of causing it themselves. This is counter-balanced by their very long preparation time, and poor attack and movement speed.

Shooter

Shooters are ranged units who fire weapons in multi-shot bursts. They tend to be less accurate, but still capable of dealing large damage to single targets, and have a degree of crowd control capabilities. Shooters have moderately long preparation time, but their summon costs can vary.

Shotgunner

Shotgunners are ranged units who use weapons that fire multiple projectiles with every shot. They excel at point-blank burst damage, but are unable to participate in mid-to-long range combat due to their below average range and their shots disappearing after a certain distance. Most shotgunners have moderately low preparation time and high crowd control capabilities, but often lack in movement speed.

Sniper

Snipers are ranged units who are designed for single-target elimination from a long distance. Their great accuracy and extreme damage are offset by their slower fire rate, lack of crowd control, and typically struggle with handling enemies up-close.

Support

Supports are various units who provide help to their team with their special abilities and/or by dealing extra damage. Their viability is often diminished if they are used by themselves. Ranged supports most commonly rely on pistols, and have a low-to-moderate fire rate.

Support Item

Support items are used for dealing extra damage or providing support to other units in various ways. They all cost rage to spawn and can be freely placed almost anywhere on the battlefield.
