Sergeant is an infected dressed in a torn dark brown shirt, urban camo pants, and an urban camo jacket. A section of his head is missing and one of his eyes constantly twitches.

Overview

Sergeant is a regular enemy. It possesses minor resistances to bullet damage and knockback.

Sergeant has an ability to revive one time. Roughly 12 seconds after its first death, it will raise with half of its original health. Any units that transform into Sergeant after their death will revive in its post-ressurection state.

Strategy

Sergeant is not difficult to fight against as only two spam melee units are the most that will be needed, the first for when he appears and the second once he comes back up. Alternatively, Empty Barrel can easily deal with Sergeant as he is reviving as his lower health makes him an easy target.

Another method is to obliterate Sergeant's corpse with whatever method necessary. Fire-based sources like Molotov and Red Barrel are both excellent choices when fighting against Sergeant as they will burn his body while it lays on the ground if he hasn't revived yet.

Sergeant's bullet resistance is somewhat negligible since damage isn't as severely reduced compared to other bullet-resistant enemies. Using decently upgraded ranged units can work well enough to kill Sergeant and his revived form if they manage to keep distance from where he was killed.

• Internally, Sergeant is referred to as "Soldier".
• Sergeant is one of the few enemies that can be gibbed.
