Monk
Monk is an infected dressed in brown jumpsuit heavily stained with vomit. He has a glowing blue eye.
Overview
Monk is a runner type, mid-game enemy. Its attacks apply guaranteed knockback on struck units, and it possesses some resistance to it itself.
Strategy
Spamming cheap melee units can sometimes be effective but one alone cannot deal with every single Monk, especially after getting knocked back. In addition, swarms of Monks are usually enough to inflict the fear debuff in most melee units. It's recommended using Mechanic as his additional damage attack can quickly dispatch at least one Monk in a group. Grenadier can be used against groups of Monks by precisely timing his manual grenade ability. Ranged units are also recommended to support melee units. For rage abilities, Empty Barrel or Red Barrel are simple and great options.
