Builder is an infected dressed in a yellow safety vest with white reflective strips, a black t-shirt, yellow pants, a brown leather tool belt pouch, and a yellow hard hat over a black helmet liner.

Overview

Builder is a regular enemy. It possesses resistance to bullet damage, along with some resistance to knockback.

Strategy

Builder can be considered an upgrade of Tipsy, having similar stats and slightly greater health. It may be necessary to have decently upgraded units in order to deal with him when he's a part of bigger groups.

His bullet resistance makes him a more notable threat, heavily reducing the effectiveness of ranged units. However, his stats are still relatively low, so he's still easy to deal with when melee units are used. Besides them, bringing along Empty Barrel and Red Barrel can be a great asset to the fight. Red Barrel is also more effective due to its highly damaging explosion and subsequent fire pool that can harm nearby zombies that happen to walk by.
