Pumpkin Zombie is an infected dressed in black pants. A glowing blue jack-o'-lantern has been placed over his head.

This zombie originally appeared in the old Halloween Event and was killed to obtain that event's rewards. Each Pumpkin Zombie dropped one pumpkin. During the 2023 Halloween Event, the Pumpkin Zombie made a return, serving the same purpose as before and dropping one pumpkin when killed.

Overview

Pumpkin Zombie is a regular enemy without any special abilities.

It only appears during the Halloween Event, where it drops a single pumpkin upon being killed.

Strategy

Pumpkin Zombie is effectively identical to regular Zombie, the only difference being its higher health. Considering that Halloween Event demands use of properly geared up units, this enemy won't be a threat at all, and will likely die in a crossfire.

Trivia

• It's unclear as to how Pumpkin Zombie's head is glowing. It can be possible to assume that the glow is a result of energy exposure, similarly to how some affected zombies have parts of their body glow blue. However, Pumpkin Zombie has no physical signs of being affected by it, and when killed, the pumpkin breaks to reveal a completely normal head.
• This zombie was re-added during 2023's Halloween Event. However, it was promptly removed after a bug was discovered wherein it would continue to spawn even after the daily limit of pumpkins was achieved. It would be re-added once again a few days later, albeit with a much lower spawn rate.
