Ice Breaker (Item Set)

Ice Breaker is a mid-to-late game item set. It consists of hiking items best suited towards colder climates.

Items

Ice Breaker items are available in Epic and Legendary quality. The set includes the following items:

	Cup	Knife	Watch	Book
Sprite
Name	Thermal Flask	Ice Pick	Altimeter Watch	Climber's Book

Set Bonus

This set provides a x1.3 bonus to damage against stunned or frozen enemies. This includes enemies frozen by Nitrogen and Dr. Norman, and stunned by Willy and Jailer, or any other prison unit through use of their 3/3 synergy.

Analysis

This set is not too different from Firefighter, in that it also suffers from extreme specialisation. While it might sound like a generous buff, Nitrogen takes too long to prepare to utilize tactics centered around it, meaning that the damage buff will rarely come into play.

When it comes to stunner units, Dr. Norman is the only natural stunner who can get a proper use out of Ice Breaker, since he fires a continuous spray of nitrogen fumes, essentially making it a consistent alternative to Military for him. Wllly and Jailer are unable to benefit from it under normal conditions, because their debuffs last as long as it takes them to land the next attack (or even shorter than that, in Jailer's case). They still can benefit from Ice Breaker, but that requires two copies of them to target the same enemy. Although Rogue doesn't suffer as much, there are much better ways to boost his DPS.
