Fitness (Item Set)

Fitness is an early-mid game item set. It consists of items used for various physical activites.

Items

Fitness items are available in Epic and Legendary quality. The set includes the following items:

	Cup	Knife	Watch	Book
Sprite
Name	Water Bottle	Throwing Knife	Fitness Watch	Yoga Power

Set Bonus

This set prevents units from pausing during attacks.

The effect is achieved by setting the wearer's aggression to 100. It does not interact with their agility. Respectively, it won't interact with Rogue's special ability and will not grant him any bullet resistance.

Analysis

Fitness is best used on fighters and damagers prone to frequent pausing, which is essentially its intended purpose. It can prove beneficial to use this set on certain units with the knockback perk when quickly dispatching the threat is not an option, and it's instead more effective to apply pressure on them. However, since Fitness doesn't improve units' agility they might still be prone to losing track of targets, therefore requiring you to upgrade that stat after all. In general, Fitness is more of a temporary crutch than anything actually worth sticking to, despite having access to legendary items. Once a better set is acquired, it's better to ditch Fitness entirely and use it on someone else.

Marines can negate issues with pausing through their synergies, making the set redundant for them.
