Emergency is one of the teams present in the DA:ZW. It's themed around professions that engage in rescuing people.

Synergies

The Emergency team power focuses on fighting healthy. The first and second tier powers allow non-team units to benefit from its synergy, providing advantages to everyone in the deck to improve the odds both in survival and combat under the correct situations.

Tier 1 (2 units)

With this synergy, all units in the deck that are susceptible to fire will receive a 50% resistance to this type of damage. The damage decrease applies to both direct attacks and debuff ticks. The power provides a unit with resistance once they exit out of the bus. However, it is lost permanently upon unit death, and even when revived they will not regain it.

Aside from the usual fire sources, the resistance also reduces damage of natural lightnings that happen during rainy weather, and of lightning attacks done by Paramedic (Zombie), Paramedic Nancy/EMT, and Cephalopods.

Because the provided resistance isn't full, it doesn't allow units to walk through fire pools, and they will still walk around them.

Tier 2 (3 units)

When this synergy is active, while standing in a Medkit's healing range, all units will receive an extra x1.5 multiplier for their ranged and melee damage. It will not work with explosions and fires, should a unit be able to utilize those. This effect applies to Medkits generated from any source.

The power will stack, should a unit stand in the range of multiple Medkits.

Tier 3 (5 units)

With this synergy, the health of all Emergency units is multiplied by x1.25. This bonus is applied multiplicatively after boosts from items, but can only be observed in action and is not displayed in the unit overview window.

Trivia

  • Emergency was one of the few teams to be released without a 5/5 power. This was changed with the introduction of Lionheart.
