Welder repaired 6 health while repairing the Lv.0 turret (HP: 21),

and Welder repaired 17 health while repairing the Lv.18 turret (HP: 57).

I tested different levels of Welder, did not affect the value,

and finally my conclusion:

• Repair bus: bus 5% health
• Repair Generator: Generator 30% health
• Repair Turret: Turret 30% health
