Heavy Pistol
Heavy Pistol (also called "Heavy") is one of the weapons available for use in Dead Ahead. It's a IMI Desert Eagle Mark VII pistol, and is the fifth weapon that can be unlocked by the player.
Description
Heavy is a pistol type weapon that can be purchased in the shop for 12000 coins, starting from rank 6. It's the third and final pistol presented in the game.
Similar to how 9mm Pistol is introduced as an upgrade to subpar Revolver, Heavy is offered as a serious step up from early game arsenal, so the player would have easier time completing some mid-game missions. However, it has a very big price for the stage it becomes available at, and so creates a "grind spike" in case one decides to buy the gun. Players are generally discouraged from buying Heavy, and instead advised to invest into Double Barrel upgrades if they struggle with survival in Megalopolis.
